At Leonards Fork Baptist Church (LFBC), our mission is clear: to impact our community for the glory of God. We believe that the church is called not only to gather for worship but also to go out and serve, showing the love of Christ in practical and prayerful ways.
This past month, LFBC members joined together at area schools to pray for the students, teachers, and staff as the new academic year began. By lifting up the schools in prayer, the church affirmed its commitment to seeking God’s protection, blessing, and guidance for those who shape the future of our community.
Looking ahead, LFBC will relaunch its Christians Actively Reaching Everyone (C.A.R.E.) program in September. Through this ministry, members will connect with neighbors and families through visits, some phone calls, and notes and cards of encouragement—simple yet powerful ways to demonstrate Christ’s compassion.
From praying over schools to reaching out through C.A.R.E., LFBC is dedicated to being a light in the community—impacting lives with the hope of the gospel and building a stronger community rooted in faith.
